Great question. The answer is no. My services touch on all aspects of the motherhood journey, including how your own birth story impacts you today. One of my passions is looking at our journeys through the lens of pre and perinatal psychology. As a result, I have a vast and eclectic toolbox to support women throughout their motherhood journeys.

The first step is to schedule a complimentary 15-minute warm-up session. We will meet over the phone or on Zoom to introduce ourselves and discuss next steps.
Yes, I love combining elements of sessions to really support clients and meet them right where they are. We can correspond through email or hop on a Zoom call to decide what you’d like your session to look like if you find yourself drawn to multiple elements of different sessions.

This program doesn’t require you to be a lifelong meditator, rather show up with a curious heart and a willingness to be a beginner.
It’s portable and accessible for all hearts. In our four 90-minute sessions together, you will learn three practices to support you through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond into parenthood. In our sessions together, you’ll learn how to breathe energy, have more energy, give birth in a better way, and heal your nervous system in preparation for birth.
