Yes, I am currently seeing clients via Zoom as well as in person.
Working virtually has allowed me to connect with many amazing women all over the globe.
Great question, friends! The answer is no. I work with women throughout each of life’s stages, from birthing a NEW YOU to birthing an actual child. One of my passions is looking at our journeys through the lens of pre and perinatal psychology. This lens profoundly informs my work with clients. As a result, I have a vast and eclectic toolbox to support the women I work with, no matter what their current journey might be.
I'm so glad you're here sweet friends.

Yes, I love combining elements of sessions to really support clients and meet them right where they are. We can correspond through email or hop on a Zoom call to decide what you’d like your session to look like if you find yourself drawn to multiple elements of different sessions.
You are in the right place, friend. Calm Birth is an ancient practice built on evidence-based research. So, you get to experience the best of both worlds; science and ancient meditation traditions. This program doesn’t require you to be a lifelong meditator, rather show up with a curious heart and a willingness to be a beginner.
It’s portable and accessible for all hearts. In our four 90-minute sessions together, you will learn three practices to support you through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond into parenthood. In our sessions together, you’ll learn how to breathe energy, have more energy, give birth in a better way, and heal your nervous system in preparation for birth.
“I struggled with infertility for 11 years. To say I was anxious about the birth of my child would be an understatement. Sarah empowered me and gave me tools to help relax and sleep better during the end of my pregnancy. We will forever be grateful for her kindness, compassion & knowledge.” E & L
Subtle Womb Work centers around mamas and aspiring mamas who have experienced pregnancy loss, IFV, or anyone who is trying to get pregnant and perhaps struggling in this journey. In this 75-minute session, we focus on connecting with some very subtle elements of your process through deep listening, curiosity, relaxation techniques, self-narratives, and various other modalities of support and nourishment. In addition, this session can help you connect with a star baby and acknowledge the fears and joys of having a rainbow baby after loss.
Personal Birth Empowerment Sessions support ANYONE who may wrestle with anxiety, depression, a lack of safety, feelings of overwhelm, or being paralyzed when making decisions or moving forward in life.
In these 60-minute sessions, we move between present-day life and the pre & perinatal period of human growth and development. So, don’t worry, friends. You don’t have to remember anything about this time period consciously.
We know from evidence-based research that we begin collecting memories in this early time period. We store them in our bodies as sensations, emotions, and behaviors from a wordless time of our development. Peter Levine refers to this early memory system as our implicit system. By unpacking our history/implicit memories with compassion, we are more resourced to show up in our present-day lives.
Clients report that they are better equipped to show up in their daily lives and live more from the present moment than live out their unconscious history. I like to think of this work as unpacking our suitcases from childhood. In a kind and compassionate way, we get to take out some elements that perhaps no longer support us in our adult lives. As a result, we can free up some space and create new ways of relating to ourselves and the world around us. Imagine how much lighter and freer you will feel without all of this extra weight.
The childbirth basics classes (two 60-minute classes) are great for first-time parents to take towards the beginning of pregnancy. This class lays the foundations for birth.
Sacred Empowerment Birth Series (three 90-minute classes) is a custom blend of evidence-based research and birth education that sets you up to be empowered for any type of birth that unfolds for you. Bring your questions, fears, concerns, and joys about your upcoming birth. Each session is very customized based on your present experience.
Exploring Your Birth Story (two 60-minute classes) In these sessions, we follow up postpartum and discuss and deeply listen to how your birth story unfolded and where in the story you would like to create more coherence and compassion for your journey. These sessions can be very supportive and help to integrate the birth experience.
We love it when clients purchase gift cards for friends and loved ones. If you need a baby shower gift, a gift for someone going through pregnancy loss, a gift for a mama on the IVF journey, or any woman who might benefit from the array of services we offer, you’re in luck. You can purchase a gift card in any amount to be used toward any session.
